Pay your bill with an automatic checking or savings account deduction.
When you enroll in Auto Pay, your monthly PUD bill is paid through an automatic bank account deduction, on or before the billís due date. Youíll still receive a statement showing your electric usage and the amount of your bill.
Click the button below to sign up for Auto Pay. You may download an application for Auto Pay or call Customer Accounts at (503) 397-0590 during business hours to request that we mail an enrollment form to you.
You can cancel Auto Pay at any time by contacting Customer Accounts at (503) 397-0590 email@example.com. Please contact us at least 10 days before the due date of your next bill to allow time for Columbia River PUD and your financial institution to act upon your request. We also reserve the right to cancel your Auto Pay enrollment at any time; we will notify you if we do so.
You will need your PUD Account Number to sign up for Auto Pay. It is shown at the top of your electric bill. If you have multiple accounts, any of your account numbers will work.
