Forgot your Password?
Please call Customer Accounts at (503) 397-0590 to request that we reset it for you. Password resets are available weekdays form 8AM - 5PM.

New Users:
Multiple Account Holders: You will need to Set Up Your Account. We will activate your account and send a letter to your billing address confirming your Account Number and Password.

Single Account Holders: If you supplied us with your social security number when you opened your PUD account, your temporary password is the last four digits. Use that password and your PUD Account Number, which is located at the top of your electric bill, to access your account. You can change your password after you sign in.

Power Lines E-Newsletter: The PUD's monthly customer newsletter, Power Lines, is sent by email to Account Online subscribers. Your address will not be shared with anyone else, and you may unsubscribe at any time.
