To ensure your security, please call our office at (503)397-0590 during normal business hours.

First-time users, you will need an account to access your billing information. If you supplied us with your social security number when you opened your PUD account, your password has been set to the last four digits of your social security number. You may use that password along with your PUD Account Number, which is located at the top of your electric bill to access your account. You will have an opportunity to change your password after your sign in.

If we do not have your social security number on file or if you have multiple accounts, you will need to Set Up Your Account. We will activate your account and send a letter to your billing address confirming your Account Number and Password.

Power Lines E-Newsletter
The PUD's customer newsletter, Power Lines, is also available by email. Power Lines is sent once a month and includes information about PUD programs and services. If you would like to subscribe, please submit your email address. Your address will not be shared with anyone else, and you may unsubscribe at any time.
