Set Up Account
Sign up for Account Online access to be able to view and pay your bill online. You will need to answer a few quick questions to set up your account. You will need to know your PUD Account Number(s), located at the top of your electric bill.

Complete this form, then click the Next... button to set up your account. After you submit the required information, we will mail you a letter containing your Account Number and Password. To ensure your security, the letter will be sent to the address to which we currently send your bill. You will be able to view your account online as soon as it is activated. You may also set up Account Online access by calling our Customer Accounts department at 503-397-0590 during business hours.

NOTICE: Customers with multiple PUD Accounts should select Multiple Accounts below to enable access to consolidated and individual account information. All other users should select the Single Account option.

It is your responsibility to read the Conditions of Use before creating or using your account.

To cancel your Account Online access, simply call our Customer Accounts Department at 503-397-0590 during normal business hours.
